Small Company Enviornment (5-10 employees)
Job Summary
Ability to Assemble/Disassemble Machinery with minimum supervision.
Knowledge of assembly print reading is a requirement. Possess your own tools.
Understanding of Industrial standards with regard to hardware including nuts &
bolts, wrench sizes, pipe & tubing fittings. Mounting of electrical components
such as sensors & electrically operated pneumatic devices such as valves.
Mounting of pneumatic devices such as FRL's, Cylinders & cylinder mounted
devices. Ability to run plumbing lines from device to device and secure airlines
with mechanical fasteners.
It would also be necessary to understand drill & tap sizes for the mounting of
above items. The ability to do basic machining (cutting & end milling) and
understanding of materials does have an important role as minor fabrication will
be required during the assembly process.
General Accountabilities
Keep a clean work environment.
Communications with machine shop and Engineering
Help with loading & unloading onto trucks.
Follow all safe work practices and rules.

Job Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of prior experience doing this work.
Education from a trade school (i.e. high school or trade high school) would be
helpful.
